In 2018, I was selected to attend the Global Challenges Foundation's New Shape Forum in Stockholm as the foundation’s lead media producer. Over the 2-day programme, my task was to bring to light the ideas and proposals of the world's leading thinkers on tackling global catastrophic risks.

The New Shape Prize, awarded at the event, was the world's largest competition in the social sciences, attracting leading thinkers and activists to reimagine and future-proof global governance for the 21st century. While in Stockholm, I had the privilege of interviewing high-profile figures such as Michael Møller, the former UN Under-Secretary-General and Director-General of the UN Office at Geneva, Professor Johan Rockström of the Stockholm Resilience Centre, and Justin Vaïsse, French historian and Director General of the Paris Peace Forum.

Through my coverage and storytelling, I was able to effectively disseminate valuable insights and perspectives to a wider audience, and played a role in contributing to this important global initiative."
